Frequently Asked Questions:
How should I store your honey?
Store honey at room temperature if possible. Storing at cold temperatures may accelerate crystallization of the honey (where it becomes more of a solid). However, crystalized honey is fine to eat, and in our opinion, actually concentrates the flavor!
How should I store your bee pollen?
Store the jar of pollen in your freezer if at all possible with the lid tightly closed. In order to provide the freshest product possible, our bee pollen was collected fresh from the hive and hasn’t been heated or dried. Storing in the freezer will maintain this freshness. Alternatively you can store in the refrigerator if you plan to use your pollen quickly, but freezing is best.
